No. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You may pay with your Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Paypal®. WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?

A sales tax of 8.25% is applicable only to orders placed in California or shipped to California.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel a purchase, please e.mail Customer Service at questions@nicolepaxson.com as soon as possible after placing your online order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All sales are FINAL. Exchanges/Returns are not accepted, except in the case of defective or incorrect shipments. We will exchange defective products with the same item originally ordered. We do not accept exchanges/returns for any other reasons. Defective or incorrect shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM...

Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. A return authorization form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. To obtain a return authorization form, please send an e.mail to questions@nicolepaxson.com within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
